On Death and Dying – again

I just . . . .

I don’t know what to say other than please pray for my family.  My husband’s mother unexpectedly passed away today and we are just stunned. We knew she wasn’t extremely healthy but no way did we think she was this sick.

My heart is breaking for my husband and his dad as well as my kids.

My kids have lost 2 grandparents in barely a month – my husband and I have each lost a parent.

I just don’t know.

  1. Oh Christi...I am so sorry. This is undoubtedly a difficult time for your family. God is with you in grieving and sorrow just as He is during the joyful times in our lives. I pray you all find your comfort in Him. What a sobering reminder to not take anyone for granted, especially those we love so dearly.

  2. I am so sorry for this unexpected loss my friend. I am praying for your husband and all of your family as well.

May the Lord minister to your hearts during this difficult period of time.

  3. ((hugs)) I'm praying for you. I'm SO sorry for your loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm here for you.

  4. I'm so so sorry. You are all in my prayers.

  5. Praying for you...

It was the same way last year when my Grandma died and then Derick's Grandma died a few days later. We definitely became each other's grief support group. Although losing a parent cannot be compared to losing a grandparent...

    We'll be praying.
